Job Description Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offTraining & developmentVision insuranceShop Coordinator Key ResponsibilitiesReview and monitor the schedule for upcoming days and weeks to ensure the shop is prepared for all projects.Prepare materials, hardware, and logistics for upcoming installations and service jobs, coordinating with field teams as needed to ensure readiness.Generate and print work orders, signoff sheets, artwork/brand books, surveys, and all related documentation required for each project.Receive incoming shipments; label, stage, complete checklists, take photos, and report any damage on the BOL and via email to the appropriate team member.Scan and submit daily documents, including signoff sheets, work orders, surveys, and other required paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely recordkeeping.Oversee basic truck maintenance and inspections; escalate nonroutine issues to management for approval and scheduling.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the shop, warehouse, and yard areas.Track inventory of shop materials (e.g., wire nuts, hardware, fasteners) and reorder supplies as needed to maintain proper stock levels.File completed work orders and project documentation according to company procedures.Assess equipment and supply needs; communicate shortages or issues promptly to the appropriate team members.Support additional operational or administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth shop and field performance, including occasional field support during highvolume periods.
