Bilingual Spanish Paralegal- Personal Injury/ Worker's Compensation

We’re seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) paralegal to support our attorneys in all phases of personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with case management from intake through resolutionDraft and file notices, discovery responses, requests for hearing, and other legal documentsCommunicate with clients (in both English & Spanish), medical providers, opposing counsel, and insurersMaintain case files and deposition calendarsObtain records and billing statements from various medical providersObtain subrogation liens from group health insurance carriers and government agencies (i.e., Medicare CMS, Medicaid)Experience negotiating liens.Support attorneys with hearing and trial preparationQualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury and/or workers’ compensation lawFluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) requiredStrong knowledge of Illinois legal procedures and court filingsExcellent communication, organization, and multitasking skillsProficiency with case management software (e.g., FileVine) and Google Workspace.
