The position focuses on accurate order picking, material handling, and supporting daily warehouse operations .This is an urgent, growth-driven hire , with the opportunity to extend based on performance and business needs.ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and prepare materials for internal distributionMove and handle materials throughout the warehouseEnsure accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and ordersSupport inventory staging and material flowOperate an elevated picking cart (training provided onsite)Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all warehouse procedures and safety protocolsSupport day-to-day operations and meet productivity expectationsRequired Qualifications1+ year of warehouse experience (picking, packing, or material handling)High school diploma or GEDAbility to work in a fast-paced, physically active environmentAble to learn how to use elevated picking cart - trainer to teachMust be able to learn quicklyComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periodsExperience with warehouse systems or ERP tools ( not required - will train )Strong attention to detail and reliableAbility to follow processes and learn quicklyAble to speak in EnglishMust be able to pass background check + drug testTCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
