Technical Transition & Integration Lead / Project EngineerTSC is seeking a Technical Transition & Integration Lead in Huntsville, AL to support the Product Solutions Division.This position is responsible for leading New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts and driving integration and resolution of complex, cross-functional production challenges across advanced RF systems, including seekers, proximity sensors, height-of-burst sensors, antennas, and related subsystems. Join a team where technical excellence and real-world problem-solving drive mission success.Responsibilities:Lead execution of NPI activities across programs, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of cross-functional teamsSupport transition of products from development into production, ensuring readiness of manufacturing processes, test solutions, and documentationCoordinate pilot builds, product hardening, and production validation activitiesEnsure completion of key NPI deliverables including work instructions, test readiness, risk assessments, and Production Readiness Review (PRR)Identify and mitigate technical and program risks throughout the NPI lifecycleLead integration and resolution of complex production issues requiring coordination across engineering disciplinesServe as the execution lead for high-impact issues affecting multiple products, programs, or production linesDrive structured problem-solving efforts and ensure timely closure of actionsCoordinate resources across Manufacturing Engineering, RF Test Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve systemic issuesSupport identification and prioritization of portfolio-level production risks and improvement opportunitiesProvide direction to NPI engineers and technical staff supporting build and transition activitiesInterface with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and executionCommunicate status, risks, and production readiness to leadership and program stakeholdersSupport continuous improvement of NPI processes, tools, and execution methodsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field) with 10+ years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree in a STEM field with 15+ years of relevant experienceExperience supporting NPI, manufacturing engineering, or production engineering activitiesDemonstrated experience transitioning products from development into productionStrong technical background across RF systems, electronics, mechanical assemblies, and test environments, with working knowledge of Design Engineering practicesExperience leading cross-functional teams and driving execution across multiple stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills with experience resolving complex production issuesExcellent communication and organizational skillsU.S. citizenship requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience in defense, aerospace, or high-reliability manufacturing environmentsExperience with RF systems such as seekers, sensors, antennas, or similar technologiesExperience supporting low-rate initial production (LRIP) through full-rate production (FRP)Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality systemsExperience leading or mentoring engineers or technical staffTSC Benefits:TSC offers a stable work environment, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefit package; including ESOP participation, 401k Plan, Flexible Work Schedules, Tuition Reimbursement, Co-Sponsored Health Plan, Paid Leave and much more.Applying to TSC:Only those candidates invited for an interview will be contacted.
