Job DetailsWe are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a client in Siloam Springs. This role supports packaging and warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, start up, and operate packaging equipment according to production schedulePerform sanitation tasks to ensure work area meets quality and safety standardsComplete re-work tasks as neededFollow all safety procedures and company policies at all timesReport safety deviations to supervisor immediatelyReport all safety issues, near misses, and injuriesParticipate in mandatory safety trainingsPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsAbility to read, write, and communicate in EnglishAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift 35-50 lbs regularlyAbility to push/pull up to 50 lbsAbility to reach overhead, bend, and work at floor level as neededBasic math and verbal skills (high school level)Strong attention to safety and compliance standardsReliable attendance and ability to work in a production environment
