We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading enterprise client for the role below.The HRIS team is seeking a Front End Developer to help design and develop internal web applications for People Systems. This role owns complex features from design through deployment and collaborates closely with product, backend, and AI engineering teams to turn technical requirements into high-performance user interfaces using Angular, React, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain web applications for People Systems in Angular, React, JavaScript, and TypeScriptLearn complex systems related to order flow; own deployment, stability, and usability of applicationsDeliver end-to-end features from requirements gathering through production deploymentCollaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps EngineersContribute to performance optimization of existing flows and ensure seamless integrationMonitor live system metrics, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot production issuesCommunicate changes in estimates, dependencies, and blockers to stakeholders quicklyLearn new technologies and business concepts as the company growsMandatory Skills5+ years of experience building front-end web applications with Angular, HTML, and CSSProficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular, including DOM manipulation and JS object modelStrong understanding of component-based developmentSoftware engineering best practices, agile development, and version control (Git)Solid understanding of HTTP, REST, AJAX, and JSONThorough understanding of REST principles and RESTful API best practicesUnderstanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, memoization)Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with ReactRedux, React Query, Jest, GraphQLExperience with Figma
