Key Deliverables: Comprehensive Inspections: Perform detailed assessments of roofing projects, ensuring all aspects meet quality standards. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Roofing Inspector or similar role in the construction industry. Strong understanding of roofing materials, installation methods, and industry best practices. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using inspection tools and software. Acknowledgment doing repairs on any system of roofing. (shingles, flat roof, tiles roof) Skilled at identifying the cause of leaks and providing a detailed inspection report, outlining the hours and materials needed for the repair.
