Intercompany Design lead

Intercompany Design Lead Location: Mexico (Remote) Type of hire: FulltimeWe are seeking a highly skilled, experienced individual for Intercompany System Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), master data GL accounts BP, Customer and Vendor Master, Reporting and Intercompany netting processes in SAP, particularly having a high level of exposure to the SAP S4 Hana platform.Responsibilities: Leads system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, data migration, and user training, ensuring successful and timely completion.Troubleshoots independently, quickly finding the root cause of issues.Leads and provides expertise to functional project teams and leads cross-functional initiatives.Responsible for e2e design, system controls, SIT and UAT testing and overall implementation for e-reporting (finance digital mandates) compliance, to ensure final product is tying with AFM and internal/external policies and requirementsCollaborates closely with internal stakeholders to address moderately to highly complex issues and devise effective resolutions.Partners with Global functions such as Tax, IT, Controllers on medium to complex requirements, influence and arrive at a compliant solution from a country perspective, whilst design ensures best possible business solutions.Uses expert subject matter knowledge and research to identify and develop the business potential of a given project.Provides advanced system training and support to end-users, acting as a subject matter expert for complex system functionalities and troubleshooting.Solves most problems independently and articulates issues across functions and businesses, collaborating with other individual contributors, sometimes outside of the job family, to bring about solutions.Identifies and implements process improvement.Conducts system analysis and feasibility studies to assess the potential impact of system changes or enhancements on financial processes and operations.Leads system testing and quality assurance efforts, coordinating with users and IT teams to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial system outputs.Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.Education and Experience Required: • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in finance, process improvement, or a related field.Extensive knowledge of the SAP S4 Hana platform.Preferred Certifications: • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner• Certified Financial Systems ProfessionalKnowledge & Skills: • Expert understanding of financial systems and processes in several areas.Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.Strong presentation skills.Expert analytical skills and the ability to synthesize change quickly using advanced subject and process knowledge.Expert understanding of accounting principles.Expert project management skills for running large, complex projects.Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.Ability to generate original ideas and to bring about their implementation.Cross-Org Skills: Effective Communication, Results Orientation, Learning Agility, Digital Fluency, Customer Centricity, Impact & ScopeImpacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
