System Engineer

Optomi, in partnership with a leading grocery brand, is looking for a POS System Engineer to support the implementation and delivery of the new XGen POS system. Position Summary: This role operates within the Point of Sale (POS) space and requires strong knowledge and experience with POS systems. The primary focus is on implementing the new XGen POS system, a Linux-based NCR solution, across five grocery brands, with the current emphasis on Food Lion. The position is hybrid in nature, combining remote work with on-site responsibilities at the Salisbury Executive Office and the Morrisville, NC Sim Center to support implementation, testing, and operational readiness.
