Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus availableOpportunity:/nCath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab/n/nJob Details:/n• Work 4 days per week with 10-hour shifts/n• Call requirements: every other weekend Friday 4:00 PM to Monday 5:59 AM/n• Full-time position serving as backfill for vacant position/n• Operate essential equipment including fluoro imaging and digital image acquisition systems/n• Prepare catheterization lab and ensure all equipment is operational/n• Document patient information and hemodynamic measurements accurately/n• Maintain stringent aseptic technique and patient safety standards throughout procedures/n• Collaborate with medical team to optimize patient care and departmental efficiency/n• Serve as radiation safety representative during X-ray usage/n• Support physicians during procedures by anticipating needs and ensuring patient safety/n• Perform daily room checks and supply stocking/n• Train on specialized cath lab technologies including IVUS, ICE, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic systems/n• Handle patient transport as appropriate and maintain proficiency in access site management/n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA only)/n• Preferred certifications include RCIS, RCES, RCS, or various ARRT registrations/n• Graduate from accredited radiology technology school or associate's degree in healthcare field required/n• Bachelor's degree preferred/n• 0-1 year experience in acute care setting preferred/n• New Mexico state licensure required (RRT or FUS by MIRTP NMED)/n/nFacility:/nThis Catholic healthcare organization operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory that supports advanced cardiovascular procedures.
