Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestones. Track project execution, risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare executive-level project status reports and dashboards. Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder communications. Manage project documentation, resource planning, and action items. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 5–8+ years of Engineering Program or Project Management experience. Experience supporting Medical Device or regulated product development projects preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, and Power BI.
