Position Overview:We are looking for motivated sales professionals to join our remote insurance sales team. This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor position focused on helping individuals, families, and business owners find appropriate insurance and protection solutions.Our agency works across life insurance, health insurance, Medicare, and large case design. You will build client relationships, identify needs, explain available options, and support clients through the application process. This role allows you to work independently from home, manage a flexible schedule, and build income based on your production.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use available lead opportunities and prospecting strategies to connect with individuals who may need insurance or financial protection solutions.Client Consultation: Speak with clients by phone or virtually to understand their goals, health coverage needs, retirement concerns, family protection needs, and financial priorities.Insurance Solutions: Present appropriate life insurance, health insurance, and Medicare options based on each client’s needs, concerns, and budget.Large Case Design: Work with the team on more advanced cases and higher-value planning opportunities when appropriate.Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication, ongoing support, and follow-up to encourage satisfaction and policy retention.Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, product options, carrier offerings, and market conditions so you can provide clients with relevant information.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client conversations, applications, and progress toward production goals.Compliance: Follow all regulatory requirements and company policies while protecting client information and maintaining ethical sales practices.Qualifications:Sales experience preferred, especially in insurance, financial services, customer service, or another client-facing roleStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable speaking with clients by phone or virtual meetingConfident presenting solutions and guiding clients through decisionsSelf-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently from homeAble to manage a flexible remote scheduleHigh school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plusLife and Health insurance license required to produce, or willingness to obtain one with guidance through the processWhat We Offer:Fully remote work opportunityFlexible part-time or full-time scheduleCompetitive commission and performance-based bonus structureAccess to life insurance, health insurance, Medicare, and large case design opportunitiesComprehensive training and ongoing professional developmentSupportive team environment with access to experienced mentorsOpportunity for career advancement and long-term growthCompensation and Position Details:This is a 1099 independent contractor positionIncome range is based on production levels achieved by representatives in current marketsBonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15thResiduals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale, based on applicable policy terms and retentionCandidates must be properly licensed before producing businessThis role is a good fit for someone who is comfortable working independently, motivated by performance-based income, and interested in helping clients protect their health, families, assets, and financial future.
