Location: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Walnut Creek, San Diego, or Fresno.A premier California law firm is seeking a skilled Trademark Associate to join its growing IP Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have experience with trademark prosecution (domestic and international), clearance, counseling, enforcement, domain name disputes, and litigation experience in federal court and before the TTAB. Operating in an agile, hybrid work environment, the successful candidate will handle a diverse range of trademark matters while enjoying the flexibility of a modern, California-based practice.Core Qualifications & BenefitsExperience: 3+ years of dedicated experience in domestic and international trademark prosecution, clearance, and counseling.Enforcement: Strong background in domain name disputes and litigation within federal courts and before the TTAB.Preferred Skills: Knowledge of advertising law, sweepstakes, promotions, and copyright is highly valued.Flexibility: Hybrid work model available from any of the firm’s California offices, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Walnut Creek, San Diego, or Fresno.Compensation: Annual base salary range of $205,000 – $295,000, depending on experience.
