A company is looking for a Program Management Manager to lead the Program Management team in delivering high-quality services to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery that meets customer expectations
Anticipate and identify barriers to project completion, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
Manage team performance and development, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Broad understanding of customer operations, regulatory processes, and healthcare revenue integrity
5+ years managing complex, full lifecycle projects
2+ years of supervisory or management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related experience
Industry-recognized project management certification, PMP preferred
