**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Mechanic to join our team at our facility in Matthews, NC. The Sewing Machine Mechanic will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial sewing machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. **Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in sewing machine repair preferred Proven experience as a Sewing Machine Mechanic or similar role Strong knowledge of different types of industrial sewing machines and their components Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills **Responsibilities:** Inspect, diagnose, and repair industrial sewing machines Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines to prevent breakdowns Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner Replace defective parts and components as needed Calibrate machines to ensure proper operation Keep accurate maintenance records Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times **Skills:** Mechanical aptitude Attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills **Location:** This position will be based at our facility in Matthews, NC.
