We are seeking a friendly and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. ```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Basic culinary knowledge for food preparation inquiries
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Knowledge of proper food service etiquette
