Position Summary The Operations Manager oversees bulk plant and product distribution operations, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable management of facility activities, inventory, transportation, equipment, personnel and customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage drivers, warehouse staff, technicians and facility operations. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, DOT and operational requirements. Oversee inventory control, product integrity and month-end reconciliation. Maintain P&L accountability, budgets, productivity and cost control. Coordinate fleet readiness with transportation and fleet management teams. Recruit, train, coach and develop employees. Investigate incidents and support continuous safety improvement. Resolve customer issues and support sales operations. Manage facility inspections, PPE and operational supplies.
