NetSuite Systems Manager

Lighthouse Search Advisors is partnering with a rapidly growing organization in the Orlando market to identify a NetSuite Systems Manager. This is a high-impact role responsible for owning and evolving the company’s NetSuite ecosystem as the business continues to scale.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of business and technology—driving system improvements, managing integrations, and leading NetSuite strategy across multiple functional areas.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary owner and internal expert for the NetSuite platformManage day-to-day system administration, configuration, and ongoing optimizationLead NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, and new module implementationsOversee and develop SuiteScript (1.0/2.0) customizations and workflowsManage and support EDI integrations with customers, vendors, and 3PL partnersPartner with operations and warehouse teams to support and optimize RF-SmartCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable system solutionsOwn system documentation, data integrity, and best practicesManage third-party vendors and integration partners as neededQualifications5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience (administration and/or development)Strong experience with SuiteScript (1.0 and/or 2.0)Proven experience supporting or managing EDI integrationsExperience with RF-Smart in a warehouse or distribution environmentDeep understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order Management, and InventoryAbility to operate both strategically and hands-onStrong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholdersWhy This RoleJoin a high-growth organization investing heavily in systems and infrastructureOpportunity to own the NetSuite environment and influence long-term strategyHigh visibility role with direct impact on operational scalabilityBacked by leadership that values technology as a driver of growth
