Remote Child Care Director

MUST HAVE NORTH CAROLINA DIRECTOR CREDENTIAL *Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee the daily operations of our child care facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and nurturing children, along with strong leadership skills to manage a team of child care providers effectively. *Responsibilities* - Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities for children - Supervise and support child care staff in providing high-quality care and education - Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment for children - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Manage budgeting, staffing, and scheduling within the child care center - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external stakeholders to enhance the overall quality of care *Requirements* - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field - Previous experience working with children in an educational setting - Knowledge of education administration practices - Strong leadership and communication skills - Familiarity with state licensing regulations for child care centers Job Type: Part-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Expected hours: 25 per week Benefits: Childcare Employee discount Paid time off Professional development assistance Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends & holidays off Ability to Commute: Cary, NC 27518 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Cary, NC 27518: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cary, NC 27518
