What you'll doSupport licensed loan officers with processing, pipeline management, and borrower communication throughout the loan lifecycleCollect and review borrower documents, coordinate with processors and underwriters, and keep files moving at the speed our clients expectManage and update our CRM and loan origination system with accuracy and attention to detailServe as a responsive, knowledgeable point of contact for clients — keeping them informed and confident at every stageAssist with pre-qualifications, rate quotes, and disclosure packages under the guidance of your assigned loan officerWork with title companies, real estate agents, and insurance providers to clear conditions and reach the closing table What we're looking for1+ year of mortgage, banking, real estate, or financial services experience preferred — but a fast learner with the right drive can absolutely earn a spot on our teamExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously without missing a beatStrong written and verbal communication — you'll represent Zoom Mortgage on every call and every emailTech-forward mindset — comfortable learning and working in digital platforms, LOS systems, and CRM toolsA genuine hunger to grow — we want people who see this role as a launchpad, not a landing spotNMLS license is a plus — not required, but you'll want one when you're ready for your next step up with us Compensation — commission onlyThis is not a clock-in, clock-out job.
