Sr Architect - PEGA - Tampa/Irving/Mississauga
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Pega Architect (CLSA) with strong expertise in Pega BPM (PRPC) and Financial Services domain to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade workflow and case management solutions.Key Responsibilities- Proficient in application design and development using Pega Infinity 24.x or higher- Hands-on experience on Pega Constellation; at least Pega Cosmos is must.- Proficient in SQL with working knowledge of designing relational databases in Oracle- Experience on DX APIs, Blueprint, AI will be a big plus- Knowledge of cloud technology or Pega deployment on containers is a plus- Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.Required Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience working on Pega BPM; Should have at-least CSSA or higher certificationPega CLSA certification (mandatory)Strong experience in Pega 8.x and upgrade projectsProven experience in Financial Services (Banking preferred)Strong knowledge of case management, workflows, and business rules (BPM/BRE)Experience with Pega Cloud / AWS environmentsStrong knowledge of RDBMS and SQLTechnical SkillsPega BPM, Case Management, DecisioningPega BIX, connectors & servicesJob Schedulers, Queue ProcessorsDocker, Kubernetes (nice to have)Pega admin (installation, configuration)HTML, JavaScript, CSSPreferred SkillsExperience with payments, disputes, or lending workflowsKnowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements in bankingStrong stakeholder communication and client-facing experienceExperience in Agile delivery modelsCompensation, Benefits and DurationMinimum Compensation: USD 62,000Maximum Compensation: USD 217,000Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
