You may email me at applications@keithbonchek.com.About the RoleI am seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant / Personal Coordinator to support me with daily scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks.I am severely hard of hearing and read lips. I also have mild cerebral palsy and a learning disability. This role helps ensure communication is clear, tasks stay organized, and daily activities run smoothly.This is not a caregiver or personal care role.No assistance with activities of daily living is needed. This position is focused on administrative support, communication, and coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Scheduling SupportManage calendars, appointments, and schedulingCoordinate meetings, errands, and logisticsTrack tasks and ensure timely follow-upOrganize digital files, notes, and systemsCommunication SupportSupport clear communication throughout the dayFace-to-face communication to assist with lip readingProvide written summaries, reminders, and notesHelp ensure understanding during conversations and meetingsEmail & CoordinationAssist with email management and responsesCommunicate with vendors, partners, and contactsDraft and organize documents and summariesMeetings & EventsTake detailed notes during meetings and appointmentsAssist with local speaking engagements and eventsHelp set up materials and equipmentRemote Work ResponsibilitiesParticipate in structured Zoom-based work sessions (not independent work time)Maintain organization across digital platforms and toolsScheduleMonday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PMApproximately 18 hours per week1–2 days per week in person (Laguna Woods area)Weekly Wednesday team meetingOccasional weekend availability (about once per month)RequirementsExperience in administrative assistant, coordinator, or similar roleStrong organizational and time management skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsComfortable adapting communication styles for accessibilityTech-savvy (Zoom, email, cloud tools, basic troubleshooting)Reliable internet and workspace for remote daysWork StyleThis role is:Highly interactive and collaborativeFast-moving with changing prioritiesFocused on communication and organizationThis role is not:A caregiving positionA passive or independent desk jobCompensation$21–$23 per hourPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs (event materials, equipment)How to ApplyPlease submit:ResumeCover letter explaining your interest(Your cover letter will be used as a writing sample.)
