Leadership & OperationsLead all aspects of community operations, ensuring quality, service, occupancy, and financial goals are metRecruit, coach, and develop a high-performing community leadership teamEnsure full regulatory compliance and adherence to company standards across all departmentsSet the tone for a culture of accountability, hospitality, and excellenceResident ExperienceEnsure implementation of policies and procedures related to resident care, including timely, accurate assessments and service planningOversee resident services, including coordination of independently contracted ancillary health care providers as requested by residents and familiesSupport resident self-governance through the Resident Council and maintain communication with residents' designated agentsManage the community with a target of high customer satisfaction — promptly investigate complaints, report findings and recommendations, and ensure resolutionEnsure compliance with all resident care regulations, including HIPAA, state regulations, and OSHAMaintain a professional demeanor with residents, families, referral sources, and the general public as a representative of the community and companySales & Community GrowthPartner with the Director of Sales and sales team to develop and execute plans that meet occupancy targetsBuild and maintain a favorable public image through community involvement and external marketing effortsMonitor progress against sales/marketing goals and adjust plans as neededTrain or support training on sales tours as neededFinancial & Business PerformanceManage income and expenses against annual budget projectionsMaintain and review financial records per company policyParticipate in annual budget developmentEnsure timely, consistent collection of resident invoices and accounts receivableMaintain familiarity with Medicaid waiver or other government payor program terms, where applicableQualifications
