Construction Estimator
*Estimator: working for a SUB-Contractor.* _Someone with estimating DOORS, WINDOWS, CABINETS, or something similar. _
Estimator will turn project plans into clear, well-supported cost estimates.
Review construction drawings, assess material and labor requirements, and coordinate with clients and project teams to develop budgets and pricing for commercial construction work.

*Responsibilities*
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to identify project scope, quantities, and material requirements
- Prepare construction estimates, project budgets, pricing, and cost forecasts
- Use estimating software and spreadsheets to organize takeoffs, costs, and supporting documentation
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and project teams to clarify scope and support negotiations
- Track estimate assumptions and contribute to cost management throughout project planning
*Skills*
- Construction estimating experience, including managing projects as a construction estimator; construction industry or site experience is valuable
- Ability to read blueprints, review construction drawings, and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of commercial construction estimation, material cost estimating, budget development, and cost control
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets; experience with estimating or construction management software
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
