Gainsborough Waste/Texas Outhouse are based in Houston Texas and specialize in Roll-off Dumpsters, Compactors, Non-Hazardous Environmental Services, Portable Toilets, Restroom Trailers, Handwashing & Sanitization stations and Hauling & Miscellaneous. The Position: The primary mission of the Service Driver position is to ensure the efficient and safe delivery, maintenance, and servicing of Texas Outhouse products, including portable toilets and wash stations. This involves adhering to time and production standards, performing thorough vehicle inspections, and maintaining the highest level of safety and compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities: 1. Maintains time and production standards set for routes. 2. Responsible for deliveries, removals, pumping, cleaning & resupplying portable toilets, wash stations and all other Texas Outhouse products. 3. Performs complete pre-trip inspection including, but not limited to, checking tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls. 4. Communicates with and takes direction from office personnel dispatching outgoing loads. 5. Cleans up the area around an accidental waste spill. 6. Follows all safety policies and procedures. 7. Completes logs, reports, and vehicle inspections daily, while complying with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and with Company policies. 8. Participates in safety meetings. 9. All other duties as assigned. Are you a fit? High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Class B CDL required, Class A preferred. DOT medical card required. Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Card preferred. 6 months to 1 year of related experience strongly required. Experience within the waste industry preferred.
