Inventory Planning Coordinator
QC laboratory material management program lead inclusive of material lifecycle and process ownership.Duties/ResponsibilitiesServe as the site representative for QC material management Program and manage the lifecycle activities of QC laboratory materials.Support on boarding of new materials through document creation and change control.Collaborate with QC network functions and site functions such as QC lab, supply chain and other departments for the management of QC materials.Implement and maintain the QC material inventory management system (e.g., Kanban)Train others on material management process and procedures as applicable.Perform document revision, project, CAPA, and related tasks and/or continuous improvement efforts.Perform other tasks as required to support the QC laboratories.Qualifications Specific Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAbility to accurately and completely understand, follow, interpret and apply Global Regulatory and cGMP requirements.Advanced knowledge of computerized systems and enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP and LIMS preferredHigh problem-solving ability/mentality, technically adept and logicalAbility to communicate effectively with peers, department Management and cross-functional peers about task status, roadblocks and needs.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work.Education/Experience/ Licenses/CertificationsBachelor?s degree or equivalent required, preferably in science. Advanced degree preferred.2 years of relevant laboratory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a regulated environment.Advanced knowledge of computerized systems and enterprise applications such as SAP and LIMS preferred.Demonstrated experience with material management and supply Chain processes for laboratories preferred.No Travel Required100% onsiteWork Schedule: Mon- Fri (8:30am -5 pm)This posting is for a contract assignment with ASK Staffing DBA ASK Consulting to provide services to Bristol Myer-Squibb.The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is the following range ($36- $39.99/hr).
