Clerical Specialist
Job ResponsibilitiesThe Laurens County Campus Clerical Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative support services to students, faculty, staff, and the general public. The position is cross-trained in duties related to admissions, the business office, financial aid, student records, library assistance, and continuing education. Responsibilities also include monitoring and troubleshooting equipment in interactive classrooms, answering phones, proctoring tests, and performing other assigned duties.Minimum And Additional RequirementsAn associate degree or high school diploma with two (2) years of clerical experience is required. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be able to multitask, prioritize duties as needed, and demonstrate dependability, honesty, and initiative.Additional CommentsThese are temporary, part-time positions.
