Dance Studio Front Desk Associate

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at Dance Dynamics, a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is perfect for individuals who love interacting with parents and providing outstanding service. As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for parents & students entering the dance studio, so a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must. You'll be responsible for assisting parents enrolling in classes, answering questions about the studio, providing general information, and offering support to ensure a pleasant experience for all. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, positive, and approachable attitude. Greet and assist parents with general inquiries, directions, and classes available. Answer phone calls, messages, and emails as needed. Assist in maintaining the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized. Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency, escalating to management when necessary. Support studio events, promotions, or special requests. Maintain accurate records and data entry as needed. Light cleaning, windows, mirrors, dusting & sweeping Prop & Equipment set up-mats, ballet barres & other items needed for classes Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy, high-traffic environment. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus, but not required. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate.
