Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.What You'll Do:Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)Support mobility and transfers within the facilityHelp with medication administration (training provided)Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversationLight housekeeping and meal assistanceMonitor and report changes in condition to leadership teamRespond quickly and calmly in emergency situationsWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)CNA Certification preferred, but not requiredAbility to pass medications (we'll train you!)CPR/First Aid knowledge preferredMust be at least 18 years oldA team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliabilityPM Shift (2PM-10PM) AvailabilityAll shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekendBe a Part of Something Special:Our leadership team brings over 20 years of expertise in senior care, and we're committed to creating a workplace that values kindness, collaboration, and growth.
