The team operates using feature driven development, moves quickly, and genuinely values collaboration — engineers here are encouraged to help shape system design, not just implement tickets. You'll work closely with the tech lead on technical decisions and the product roadmap, and you'll interact directly with mission customers on a daily basis to resolve issues and propose new features. Salary Range $197,500 – $232,500 This range includes our flex income and depends upon your annual work hours.
