Registered Nurse Coordinator - Henry Ford at Home Outreach Programs - Full Time

GENERAL SUMMARY:Responsible for generating business and meeting targets from assigned territory. Develop and implement business building and relationship building strategies to increase admissions. Develop and maintain community relationships to promote Henry Ford at Home services. Maintain referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, senior retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities and the community.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Minimum of an Associates degree in business, communications, marketing or related health care field from an accredited institution required.Registered Nurse or Social Worker preferred.Requires a minimum of three years of experience in health care service.A minimum of one-year experience in business development preferred.Requires a competitive mindset to meet and exceed business objectives.Requires commitment to Henry Ford at Home philosophy of care.Requires strong interpersonal communication, and verbal and written communication skills.Requires the ability to work independently as well as with teams.Demonstrates a high confidence level to interact with health care professionals at all levels.Additional InformationOrganization: Community Care ServicesDepartment: Hspice - Detroit CampusShift: Day JobUnion Code: Not Applicable
