German Technical Support Specialist
A company is looking for a German Technical Support Specialist II to provide technical assistance to users of sensory equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of support cases and resolve them fully
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues through various communication methods
Document all interactions and solutions in Salesforce, maintaining compliance with medical device quality standards
Required Qualifications
C1/C2 German proficiency (CEFR or equivalent)
At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer support
Solid understanding of Windows and basic networking
Experience documenting cases in a CRM like Salesforce
Calm and patient demeanor when interacting with clinicians and biomedical teams
