RN Supervisor- Baylor Program; (weekends only) 7a-11p

The Weekend Baylor Program: Saturday and Sunday! Position: RN Supervisor Two (16) hour shifts on the weekend and paid for full time hours (37.5 hours). Our facility provides high-quality care to our residents. We are hiring for the 7a-11p shift on the weekend. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who shares our commitment to excellence to join our team at Platinum Ridge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans Administer medication and treatments as ordered by physicians Monitor and document residents' health status and progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide the best possible care Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures Qualifications: Current RN license in good standing Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing standards and practices Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for providing high-quality care to seniors We offer competitive salary and benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
