Machinist IIJob Category: ManufacturingRequisition Number: MACHI005844Full-TimeOn-siteRate: $25 USD per hourAmeriflexCorona, CA 92880, USAJob DetailsJob DutiesJob Duties:Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible mannerReads and interprets blueprintsUses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirementsUses precision tools, machinery and equipment such as lathe, vertical milling machine, drill press, hydraulic press, chop saw, and band saw.Fabricates and shapes parts such as tools and machine parts out of metalProperly and safely selects, aligns, secures and removes holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machinesRecognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and toolingPerforms daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery and equipmentEvaluate experimental procedures and recommend change or modifications for efficiency and adaptability to setup and productionUtilizes and abides by ISO requirements and safety proceduresComplies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructionsAbility to lift 40 lbs.Skills and Qualifications:To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
