Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Bowie, MD. As an Associate, you will deliver outstanding customer service, prepare and serve menu items, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the store. You will handle food preparation, restocking inventory, and assist in providing guests with an exceptional dining experience. Additional responsibilities may include cash handling, POS operations, and supporting your team in achieving daily goals. Qualifications Customer service skills, including excellent communication and a commitment to creating a positive guest experience.Basic food preparation and handling skills with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.Time management and organizational skills for re-stocking and maintaining store operations throughout the day.Prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required.Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work a full-time, on-site schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
