Senior Technical Project Manager (PMP)Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid preferred)Type: Contract (Long-Term / Yearly Renewals)Rate: $80-90/hr.OverviewSeeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (PMP) with 10+ years of experience to lead a large-scale, enterprise initiative currently in flight. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring immediate ownership, strong execution, and the ability to stabilize and drive a complex project to completion in a highly visible environment.The ideal candidate is a decisive, detail-oriented leader who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing financials, and communicating effectively with executive and C-level stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery, taking ownership of an in-flight enterprise initiative Drive execution of a NextGen time system upgrade impacting thousands of end users Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies (environment primarily Agile/Scrum) Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership Manage project budgets and financial tracking using SAP Financials Deliver executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and presentations Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies Facilitate and lead status meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions Enforce accountability and ensure adherence to delivery timelines Required Qualifications10+ years of Technical Project Management experience PMP Certification (required) Proven delivery of large-scale, enterprise projects with broad user impact Strong experience managing full project lifecycle (end-to-end) Hands-on experience with SAP Financials (budgeting, cost tracking) Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall Experience supporting NextGen or time system upgrades affecting large user populations Strong risk management, issue resolution, and escalation skills Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities Preferred QualificationsExperience in large enterprise environments with long?term engagements Background in project recovery / in-flight project stabilization Experience with time management or workforce systems Experience with CATS, CATF, or SAP Time & Attendance frameworks (highly desirable) Key Traits for SuccessHighly organized and methodical Strong driver mentality with hands-on execution focus Acts as the central “glue” across teams and stakeholders Polished executive presence and assertive communication style Adaptable and effective in fast-paced environment #INDTSPeoplelink LLC, a leader in the staffing industry for the past 33 years, continues our vision of ‘linking’ communities through employment.
