Real Estate Associate / Runner (Part-Time | Onsite)

Job Description Overview:We're looking for a dependable, proactive, and motivated individual to support our growing real estate operations. This is a part-time onsite role with strong potential to transition into full-time. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working both in the field and with digital content. This role plays a key part in property showings, tenant coordination, auditing, property readiness, and creating marketing content for listings and social media. Key Responsibilities:Conduct and assist with property showings and rental inquiries.Act as an onsite runner for property-related errands, unit checks, and coordination needs.Perform regular audits of properties and construction materials to track usage, inventory levels, and remaining supplies.Support property preparation before showings (cleanliness checks, light staging, basic touch-ups).Take good quality photos and videos of rental units and properties for listings and social media promotion.Capture before-and-after transformations, renovation progress, and property highlights as needed.Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure updated visuals are available for active listings.Provide timely updates to the team regarding property conditions and availability. Qualifications:Experience in real estate, leasing, or customer service is a plus.Comfortable taking good quality photos and videos using a smartphone or camera (drone experience is a strong advantage). Camera equipment is available at the office.Strong communication and organizational skills.Detail-oriented and confident in supervising and directing onsite crews to ensure each unit meets cleanliness and presentation standards.Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing responsibilities efficiently in the field.
