RTX is seeking a Non-conventional Machining Engineer for the New Technologies group in East Hartford, CT. The role leads high-visibility projects, advances TRL/MRL efforts, and drives process development for laser hole drilling and water jet machining in both commercial and military programs. The candidate will shape part designs, develop SOPs, and mentor other engineers while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality targets. US citizenship is required.
