Growth and Outbound Automation Specialist

DescriptionThis role exists for one reason: build outbound growth that works. You will design, execute, and continuously improve multichannel outbound campaigns that generate qualified conversations and measurable pipeline impact. You are accountable for results — not activity, not ideas, not effort. If you need constant direction, prefer fixed playbooks, or get uncomfortable when things don’t work the first time, this role is not a good fit.Key ResponsibilitiesMultichannel Outreach CampaignsBuild and run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channelsOwn the full outbound system: data sourcing, enrichment, messaging, sequencing, and follow-upContinuously test and iterate on ICP definitions, targeting logic, and channel mixYou are expected to identify what’s broken and fix it — without waiting for permission. Cold Email Campaign ExecutionCreate, launch, and manage high-volume cold email campaignsWrite short, direct outreach copy that earns replies, not praiseKill underperforming campaigns fast and replace them with better onesIf your emails don’t get replies, the assumption is that the emails are the problem. AI-Powered Enrichment & AutomationUse AI-based tools and APIs (e.g. OpenAI SDK) to enrich lead data and personalize outreach at scaleDesign prompts and workflows that reduce manual work and increase signalContinuously improve automation instead of accepting inefficient processesYou are expected to think in systems, not tools. Data-Driven OptimizationTrack campaign performance end-to-end and focus on metrics that actually matterRun structured experiments weekly and apply learnings immediatelyMake decisions based on data, not opinions or internal politicsIf you can’t explain why something worked or failed, you’re not done.
