Visual Design SpecialistA Visual Design Specialist creates impactful graphics that are coherent and consistent, but at the same time impressively unique, based on visual fundamentals and theory of design. A visual design specialist is the lead role for visual and creative design, it should lead multiple projects and take ownership of the coordination and execution (timeline, estimations, plans) of visual design projects, co-work, and control other groups of designers, but also have the experience of client-facing, and meet the expectations of the stakeholders to win and keep their trust.SkillsFluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) to support global clients.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Solid portfolio demonstrating both aesthetic quality and strategic thinking.Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working in changing environments.Understanding of accessibility principles (color, contrast, typography, etc.).Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or similar methodologies.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign).Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Experience designing for mobile and responsive platforms (iOS, Material Design, Web).Experience creating digital assets (static, dynamic, and animated banners).Experience with data visualization and infographic design.RequirementsProven Figma expertise6–8 years of experience in visual or graphic design, including leading or managing creative teams.Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and methodologies, including user experience, interaction design, and design thinking.Knowledge of user-centered design, usability, accessibility, and interface design patterns across web and desktop.Experience with process flows, usability testing, and design research (e.g., competitive analysis).Strong overall design acumen, with the ability to apply best practices to create effective user interfaces and experiences.
