IT Project Specialist

We are seeking an IT Project Specialist to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role that combines remote work with in-office collaboration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead the onboarding of new clients onto our software solution, ensuring tailored configurations that meet their business needs.Collaborate with internal teams to manage complex technical integrations and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.Provide outstanding customer service and share best practices to help clients maximize their investment in our platform.Conduct training sessions and webinars to empower clients in using the software effectively.Report project statuses and address any blockers during weekly meetings with the Customer Success leadership team.Innovate and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or customer support roles.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.Proficient knowledge of accounting and finance systems, with familiarity in practices such as expense management and audit processes.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.Preferred SkillsExperience presenting to C-level executives and leading client-facing meetings.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical concepts and tools.Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.At Horizontal, we believe in fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where every individual is valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
