Title: Associate Attorney/Family Law AttorneyLocations: Westfield, NJ (Remote)Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.Qualifications:2-5+ years of experience in family law.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus.
