The ideal candidate is confident both on-camera and behind the scenes, with experience creating short-form videos, graphic content, and social campaigns that connect with Gen Z and millennial audiences.Key Responsibilities:Create, edit, and publish engaging video and static content for TikTok and Instagram. Identify social trends and content opportunities through social listening. Develop creative concepts aligned with brand strategy and voice. Write compelling captions and assist with paid social content adaptation. Track content performance and recommend optimization strategies. Appear on-camera when needed to create authentic, engaging content. Requirements:2-3 years of experience in social media/content creation. Strong skills in TikTok, Instagram, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and video editing. Creative mindset with strong understanding of social trends and digital culture. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Passion for food and comfort preparing food for content creation. Preferred:Experience with social listening/publishing tools, paid social content, and food styling. Note: Travel is potentially once per quarter
