Job Description: As a Residential House Cleaner at Rainier Cleaning Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' homes are spotless, hygienic, and welcoming. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and positive attitude will contribute to the overall satisfaction and happiness of our clients. Responsibilities: Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned areas. Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and polishing all surfaces and floors. Clean and sanitize sinks, showers, tubs, and toilets. Change bed linens and make beds. Empty trash and recycling bins. Follow specific cleaning instructions and preferences provided by clients. Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently. Report any damages or maintenance issues to the supervisor. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards within the allotted time frame. Adhere to company policies and safety procedures. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and team members. Requirements: Previous experience in residential cleaning or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites. Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and handle cleaning equipment. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to pass a background check + drug screen Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons.
