Guest Service Agent
· Provide exceptional customer service to each hotel guest.
· Efficiently check in/out each guest, ensuring proper payment and confirming room types, rates, dates of stay, and additional stay details.
· Acknowledge all Rewards Club members, repeat guests, corporate accounts, and group attendees.
· Effectively communicate with guests and other departments.
· Provide solutions when presented with problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Assist with room reservations, up-selling whenever possible.
· Be proactive in attending to guest needs, take care of requests, and assist throughout their stay.
· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow employees, and vendors.
· Must have flexible hours; shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and mid shifts 11am-7pm/12pm-8pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
