Tax Manager Tax Manager - Salary: $120K - $150K+ base (flexible based on experience) + bonusTax Manager - Why This Opportunity Stands OutWorking a hybrid schedule with a growing, high-performing firm that is expanding rapidly and investing in its peopleExposure to a sophisticated High Net Worth (HNW) / Private Client Services (PCS) client base with complex tax needsOpportunity to own client relationships and act as a trusted advisor-not just a preparer/reviewerMore manageable hours vs. Big 4 while still working on complex, meaningful engagementsClear path for career growth and upward mobility as the firm continues to scaleCollaborative, team-oriented culture with strong leadership and mentorshipTax Manager - Key ResponsibilitiesReview complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns; prepare highly complex returns as neededServe as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong HNW/PCS relationshipsProvide strategic tax planning, including estimating liabilities and advising on tax-saving strategiesAnalyze organizational structures and transactions for tax implicationsReview accounting processes (quarterly/annual) to ensure accurate tax reportingResearch and resolve complex tax issues; document findings and communicate recommendationsManage multiple engagements, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSupervise, mentor, and develop staff; provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviewsCollaborate with internal teams and external advisors to deliver a seamless client experienceTax Manager - QualificationsStrong experience in High Net Worth (HNW) / Private Client Services (PCS) tax is required5-10 Years of ExperienceBackground in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm preferred)Experience reviewing complex tax returns across individual, partnership, and corporate entitiesCPA, EA, or JD preferred (or actively pursuing)Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex tax concepts clearly#LI-MG2 #INMAY2026
