Part Time Office Supervisor

About Us: KLMCC is a dynamic construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects and exceptional client service.We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager to support our team withadministrative, HR, and office management tasks The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates. The position is fully in office five days a week.Coordinate and organize office activitiesOversee stock of office suppliesGreet visitors at officeCoordinate inbound and outbound office mailAssist with office management tasks, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.Prepare and process documents, reports, and other paperwork as needed.Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned.Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint-Experience working in a Construction office preferred.Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteThis position in in office 5 days per week.
