Job Title: · Dish Washer Hours: · Full-Time or Part Time · Monday-Saturday, 9AM-5PM (Saturday is mandatory). (Sunday & one other day off) Location: · 7312 W. Essential Job Functions: · Ensure garbage is routinely taken to the dumpsters in the alley throughout the day. · Clean and sanitize pots, pans, baking utensils, mixer bowls, and other bakery equipment mainly with an industrial dishwasher. Some smaller and more delicate items will need to be cleaned by hand. · Place clean and sanitized items back in their proper location. · Maintain a clean and organized work space. · Follow food safety and sanitation protocol. * Put incoming stock away in proper areas using the FIFO method. Job Specifications: · Minimum Requirements o Ability to work respectfully on your own and as a team player. o The desire to learn and eventually take initiative. o Positivity. o Show up to all scheduled shifts and on-time. · Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the duration of a shift. Ability to lift items that weight up to about 50 Lbs. (including large and heavy baking equipment like mixer bowls and more.)
