This individual will be deeply involved in analyzing financial results, supporting integration efforts, and helping enhance systems and workflows across the organization.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond transactional accounting and gain exposure to strategic initiatives and operational impact.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsAnalyze financial data to ensure accurate reporting of assets, liabilities, and P&L activityPerform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting schedulesPrepare journal entries and ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with US GAAPAssist in month‐end close and preparation of P&L reporting packages for leadershipPartner cross‐functionally with internal teams and external auditorsAnalyze and maintain budget vs. actual reportingPlay a key role in systems enhancements and process improvementsManage and reconcile bank and credit card activity, including reclassifications as neededSupport integration efforts, including acquisition‐related accounting and process alignmentServe as a liaison with financial institutions related to credit card activityWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field3–6+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingAdvanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables; Macros a plus)Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)Background in distribution, retail, or operational environments is a strong plusCPA/CMA or Master's degree is a plusIdeal Candidate ProfileNaturally analytical and detail‐oriented, with a strong sense of ownershipThrives in a fast‐paced, evolving environmentEnjoys improving processes and finding efficiencies—not just maintaining the status quoComfortable working across multiple systems and data sourcesCollaborative, adaptable, and able to pivot as priorities shift#INAPR2026#J-18808-Ljbffr
