Mark Andy P5Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Printing Operator to join our family-owned label printing company in West Michigan. In this role, you'll operate flexographic presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play a key part in our fast-paced manufacturing team. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude and experience in flexo printing, screen printing, prepress, and color management. Your attention to detail, knowledge of quality control, and eye for graphic design will help maintain our high production standards.Schedule:Monday through Friday. NO WEEKENDS.7:00 AM - 3:30 PM40 hours per weekPay:Starting wage based on flexographic printing experienceKey Responsibilities:Set up and operate flexographic printing pressesInstall anilox rolls, inks, substrates, dies, and platesAdjust print-to-print and print-to-die registrationPerform startup checks and quality approvalsConduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshootingCollaborate with team to meet daily production goalsQualifications:Minimum 2 years of flexographic press experience requiredPreferred: Experience with Mark Andy P5 pressPreferred: Experience with Digital Printing PressesReliable, self-motivated, and detail-orientedStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience with various label stocks and ink systems$22 - $26 an hour
